Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every child is actively involved.
• Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration among students.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster social and emotional development by guiding children through conflict resolution and cooperative play.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in child development theories.

• A teaching license or certification relevant to early childhood education, showcasing commitment to professional standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting, highlighting practical teaching skills.

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, with the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive learning experiences.

• Effective Communication and Teaching skills to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Preferred nationality is open, but a familiarity with multicultural education practices is a plus.
  A teaching diploma.

• UAE Equivalency.

• Prior experience teaching in an American curriculum school is an advantage.
