• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing

• Conduct property viewings with buyers and tenants

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends

• List and promote properties on major portals

• Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times
