Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage emails, calls, and office correspondence
Maintain filing systems and documentation
Coordinate meetings and schedules
Prepare reports, quotations, and office records
Support management with general office operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in administrative or office assistant role preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
