Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings to optimize the executive's time and enhance productivity.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring that itineraries are seamless and that all logistics are handled with precision.

  • Serve as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and ensuring that the executive focuses on high-priority tasks and decisions.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring they reflect the executive's voice and brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, highlighting adaptability and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software, showcasing technical aptitude and readiness for daily tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Having driving license and own car.

  • Well spoken and written (Arabic and English)
