Roles & Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings to optimize the executive's time and enhance productivity.
Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring that itineraries are seamless and that all logistics are handled with precision.
Serve as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and ensuring that the executive focuses on high-priority tasks and decisions.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring they reflect the executive's voice and brand.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, highlighting adaptability and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software, showcasing technical aptitude and readiness for daily tasks.
Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Having driving license and own car.
Well spoken and written (Arabic and English)
