We are seeking a recruitment professional with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer industry, capable of handling end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales, engineering, architecture, marketing, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Handle hiring for Sales, Relationship Managers, Engineers, Architects, Marketing, Admin, and Corporate roles Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and headhunting Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process Coordinate offer management and onboarding documentation Requirements:4–5 years of recruitment experience Strong experience in Real Estate Developer recruitment Experience hiring technical and corporate professionals Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing skills Good understanding of UAE hiring market and recruitment practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Immediate joiners preferred
