KEY RESPONSIBILITIES» Perform dismantling and installation of vehicle parts following standard work procedures.» Pro knowledge in CAN BUS & LIN BUS communication systems and troubleshooting» vehicle wire harness routing and repair» Accessory bench testing & validation with electrical and electronic gadgets like multi-meter, oscilloscope,etc» Incoming & outgoing quality inspection of accessories» Install accessories and conduct comprehensive fitting checks to ensure alignment with vehiclespecifications.» Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wire harness tracing and restoration.» Utilize diagnostic tool to identify faults, reset functions, and program ECU-supportedaccessories.» Conduct body electrical fault diagnosis and prepare detailed technical reports.» Perform accessory and electrical component bench testing to confirm functionality before vehicleintegration.» Inspect incoming and outgoing accessory parts to maintain quality compliance.» Maintain accessory inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) system for stock rotation.» Safely operate workshop tools, measuring instruments, and equipment.» Implement and sustain 5S practices to keep the workshop organized and efficient.» Always adhere to workshop safety rules and procedures to ensure zero-incident op
