About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate in Dubai to support and execute our digital and traditional marketing initiatives. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with content creation, SEO, social media campaigns, analytics, advertising and brand management, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms
Optimize website content and metadata for improved search engine rankings
Manage and grow company social media profiles, responding to comments and tracking engagement
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare regular reports
Coordinate advertising efforts including online ads, print collateral and promotional materials
Support brand management by ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
0-1 years of experience or relevant internships in marketing roles
Fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
Basic proficiency in content creation and copywriting
Familiarity with SEO techniques and keyword research tools
Experience using Google Analytics to interpret data and generate insights
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platform management
Understanding of advertising principles and media planning
Awareness of brand management concepts and visual identity standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM systems
Portfolio of content samples or campaign case studies
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
