Roles & Responsibilities

� We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive| Dubai �

Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai.

Your Mission:

Bring new landlords & property owners on board to partner with us. You’ll be the face of Elegant Escapes - pitching our management services, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with investors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and onboard new landlords/properties across Dubai

  • Pitch our full-service holiday home management model

  • Build pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals

  • Hit monthly acquisition targets for new units

  • Represent Elegant Escapes at property events & expos

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years BDM/Sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes

  • Strong network of landlords, investors, or developers

  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills

  • Fluent English. Arabic/Hindi/Russian a plus

  • Self-starter with proven track record of hitting targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Preferred experience in the specific industry of focus, allowing deeper insights into market challenges and client expectations.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
