Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for operational management, maintenance, and compliance of all building hard services systems (MEP). Ensures optimal asset performance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and technical documentation integrity while supporting strategic facilities management objectives.

  1. Maintenance Management & CMMS Operations

  2. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

  3. Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  4. Audit Coordination & Compliance

  5. Technical Documentation & Records Management

  6. JLL Serve Platform & Client Engagement

  7. Procurement & Quotation Management

  8. Vendor & Contractor Management

  9. Electrical Systems & Shutdown Coordination

  10. Safety Leadership & Performance Reporting


WORKING CONDITIONS 8 hours/day, 5 days a week, must come on Saturdays if any shutdown or critical work is planned. May need to extend working hours on certain days depending on work requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering or related discipline. PE license or industry certifications (CFM, FMP) preferred but not necessary.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years facilities management experience with hard services focus

  • Minimum 3 years CMMS experience such as Maximo, oracle etc.

  • Proven track record in PPM programs, regulatory compliance, and vendor management

  • Experience in commercial/Office Facilities environment.


Technical Competencies Expert understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection). Proficiency interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of building codes, NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC standards. Advanced CMMS and Microsoft Office skills.
