Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support our roads and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material submissions

  • Coordinate with consultants, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors

  • Prepare RFIs, method statements, progress reports, and project documentation

  • Monitor project schedules and assist in planning activities

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for ongoing projects

  • Assist in quantity take-offs and material tracking

  • Support procurement and technical coordination activities

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements

  • Prepare project correspondence and technical reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Roads & infrastructure works

    • Technical documentation

    • Project coordination

    • Material submittals and shop drawings

  • Experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards preferred

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation systems

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Candidate

  • Previous experience in infrastructure and road construction companies in the UAE

  • Strong technical and coordination capabilities

  • Immediate joiners preferred
