Roasttrip is looking for an experienced Head Coffee Machine Technician to lead the maintenance and technical service of our specialty coffee equipment across the UAE.

This role will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of professional espresso machines and related coffee equipment. The position also involves supporting cafe partners, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring high technical standards across all service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain of Kees van der Westen espresso machines and related equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and technical servicing for cafe partners.

- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

- Managing service schedules, maintenance records, and field operations.

- Supporting clients with technical guidance and equipment care.

- Oversee inventory of spare parts and technical equipment.

- Maintaining high service standards and response times.

Skills

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Kees van der Westen or similar espresso machines.

- Strong mechanical and electro-technical troubleshooting skills.

- Expertise in water filtration and water quality control for coffee equipment.

- Ability to work independently and manage field service operations.

- Valid UAE driving license
