Overview Of The Role:

• The role of Maintenance Technician supports and leads the AMC Services Team to execute various security system maintenance tasks including preventive and corrective maintenance, site evaluations, and inspections. The technician will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. With no direct reports, this position focuses on security systems under maintenance, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, education, and documentation. Success is measured by task completion within the given timeframe and feedback from customers.

What You Will Do:

General

• Function as Maintenance Technician to support and lead AMC Services Team in executing security system maintenance tasks including PPM, site visits, evaluations, inspections, reactive and proactive services.
• Attend authority inspections and approvals as per SIRA police rules within the agreed SLA to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Understand the process of AMC services and comply with all requirements related to SIRA.
• Troubleshoot all types of security systems under maintenance within the agreed SLA.
• Complete daily tasks and assigned PPMs on a timely basis without any escalations.
• Educate clients on how to use and maintain their devices.
• Update business with required reports and documents for task completion.
• Maintain sound knowledge in CCTV-Video Management System (WISENET / DAHUA DSS PRO) and various access control system software, intruder alarms, audio video, PA systems.
• Possess good knowledge in basic networking.
• Participate in SIRA inspections, video guard testing, and alarm signal testing.

Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Troubleshooting expertise in security systems maintenance, especially CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong understanding of SIRA regulations and compliance needs.
• Proficiency in basic networking and diagnostics.
• Capability to educate clients on system usage and maintenance.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• 3 years Diploma or B. Tech Electronics Engineer.
• 3-5 years of experience in security and all types of ELV systems including CCTV, ACS, Wi-Fi, data, voice, barriers, intercom, signage, and intruder alarm systems.
• UAE Driving License and SIRA/ADMCC Certification are mandatory.
• CCNA Certification is preferred.
