Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure and support HFM metadata, rules, calculations, and reporting components.

  • Develop and maintain FDMEE integrations, mappings, and data load processes.

  • Support technical design, build, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Perform reconciliation and data validation between SAP and HFM.

  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues, performance optimization, and production support activities.

  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper care phases.

  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of Oracle HFM technical implementation experience.

  • Minimum 3-4 end-to-end HFM project implementations.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • Oracle HFM Consolidation lifecycle

    • FDMEE

    • HFM Metadata Management

    • HFM Rules & Calculations

    • HFM Reporting

  • Good understanding of consolidation and financial reporting processes.

  • Experience in data integrations and finance system interfaces.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Experience working in finance transformation programs.

  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture and deployment methodologies.
