Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Configure and support HFM metadata, rules, calculations, and reporting components.
Develop and maintain FDMEE integrations, mappings, and data load processes.
Support technical design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
Perform reconciliation and data validation between SAP and HFM.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues, performance optimization, and production support activities.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper care phases.
Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 years of Oracle HFM technical implementation experience.
Minimum 3-4 end-to-end HFM project implementations.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Oracle HFM Consolidation lifecycle
FDMEE
HFM Metadata Management
HFM Rules & Calculations
HFM Reporting
Good understanding of consolidation and financial reporting processes.
Experience in data integrations and finance system interfaces.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working in finance transformation programs.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture and deployment methodologies.
