Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a focused and highly skilled PHP Laravel & Systems Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is built for engineering professionals who excel in high-autonomy environments, possess strong system-level execution capabilities, and bring the technical discipline required to support 24/7 active systems development and business continuity across cross-border infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous Systems Development: Build, scale, and maintain robust, high-performance web applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring core active production systems remain agile, clean, and feature-rich.

Secure Infrastructure Architecture: Design, implement, and manage secure authentication and authorization protocols OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSO to ensure seamless, secure handshakes across multiple decoupled systems, servers, and multi-stage deployment environments Staging, Production, etc

Business Continuity & Resilience: Proactively support and monitor live environments to ensure high availability and zero downtime. Contribute to building robust failover strategies, load balancing, and disaster recovery architectures to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.

Real-Time Architecture: Develop, optimize, and scale event-driven real-time modules—such as live notifications, background synchronization, and data streaming—using Node(dot) js and WebSocket environments to back high-concurrency client demands.

Maintenance & Deployment: Coordinate and execute seamless production deployments, maintain rigorous cross-server connection configurations, and provide continuous system health monitoring to safeguard core operations.

Technical Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation covering core system architecture, access/token management workflows, API security layers, and data continuity plans to ensure perfect operational transparency across international teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Professional Experience: 2–4 years of proven backend engineering experience specializing in the PHP and Laravel ecosystem.

Core Technical Expertise:

• Deep structural knowledge of PHP, MySQL, database optimization, and scalable MVC architecture patterns.

• Proven capability engineering secure authentication/authorization matrixes across decoupled cross-server setups.

• Hands-on developer proficiency with Node(dot)js and Socket(Dot)io (or comparable WebSocket alternatives) for live system features.

• Advanced capability handling Eloquent ORM, database migrations, security middleware, and Laravel Service Providers.

• Strong familiarity with RESTful API design, Redis caching layers, and Git code versioning architectures.

• Fundamental exposure to high-availability server patterns, load balancers, and token handling logic.

Mobility Profile: Absolute willingness to legally transition and relocate permanently to our UAE corporate headquarters upon company directive.

Operational Flexibility: While operations run within standard corporate hours, candidates must possess the flexibility to adapt to occasional night-shift windows or standby callouts for critical system updates or emergency live patches.

SHIFT ,SALARY & CAREER PATH

Primary Schedule: Standard Business Hours, with a structured Night Shift Allowance explicitly compensated for any off-hour deployments or system continuity assignments.
