Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical support, managing Linux servers, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and supporting field devices (MNVR / IoT systems). The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1/L2) technical support

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu Server)

  • Monitor system performance and analyze logs to identify issues

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and storage problems (SSD, eMMC, SATA)

  • Support MNVR / IoT devices and ensure operational stability

  • Perform software and hardware testing and document results

  • Prepare clear technical reports for management and stakeholders

  • Coordinate with field technicians, factory teams, and external support

  • Follow IT procedures, security policies, and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Support or Systems Administration

  • Hands-on experience with Linux environments

  • Experience with IoT or field devices is a plus

Languages

  • Arabic: Native

  • English: Professional working proficiency
