About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to young learners in a nurturing and structured classroom environment, in line with UAE Ministry of Education standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English, Maths, Science, Social Studies)
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
• Follow the school's curriculum framework and UAE MOE guidelines
• Support students' social and emotional wellbeing

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience
• Native or near-native English speaker preferred
• Experience with British, American, IB or CBE curriculum is an advantage
• Strong classroom management skills
• Valid teaching licence (or ability to obtain one in the UAE)
