About AKKAAS Media

AKKAAS Media is a UAE-based cinema-grade content production company. We produce professional video and photography for premium clinics, hospitals, and businesses across the UAE. Our clients rely on us for monthly content delivered within 4 business days, shot on Sony FX3 and Sony A7V cinema equipment.

We are growing and need a driven Field Sales Executive who can open doors, build relationships, and close deals with decision-makers across Dubai and the UAE.

The Role

You will be the face of AKKAAS Media on the ground — visiting clinics, hospitals, beauty centres, real estate agencies, and businesses, presenting our content packages, and signing monthly retainer contracts.

This is a high-earning role for someone who is hungry, presentable, and knows how to sell a premium product.

What You Will Do

• Visit potential clients in person across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi
• Present AKKAAS Media packages to clinic managers, marketing directors, and business owners
• Follow up on warm leads generated through social media and referrals
• Close monthly retainer contracts and hand over to the production team
• Maintain a weekly pipeline report and client tracker
• Represent AKKAAS Media professionally at all times
• Attend networking events and build relationships in the healthcare and business community

Skills

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of B2B field sales experience in UAE
• Experience selling to clinics, hospitals, or other businesses is a strong plus
• Excellent spoken English and Arabic (both preferred)
• Confident, presentable, and professional in appearance
• Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and hit your targets
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car (or willingness to travel by taxi)
• Smartphone and basic proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets
