About Us:

X Refresh Interiors LLC is a leading interior fit-out company based in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for residential, commercial, and retail spaces. We are currently looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in estimation to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and materials to develop detailed pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor quotations.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control from design to project completion.
• Participate in tendering processes, including reviewing bids and evaluating risks.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial targets and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction/interiors industry, with a focus on estimation.
• Proficiency in estimation and measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of local market rates, materials, and suppliers in the UAE.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Skills

Preferred:

• Experience in interior fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and construction standards.
• Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or AIQS is a plus.
