ABOUT THE ROLE
At Royal Rose Cosmetics, we create premium beauty and personal care products designed to stand out in the retail market. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly driven Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our presence across the UAE market.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B cosmetics and FMCG field sales experience who enjoys being on the road, building client relationships, opening new accounts, and driving product sales across multiple retail channels.
You will represent Royal Rose Cosmetics directly in the market — visiting clients daily, securing listings, negotiating orders, and ensuring strong product visibility and sell-through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute daily outdoor sales visits across assigned territories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, pharmacies, gift shops, salons, beauty stores, and other retail accounts
- Present and promote Royal Rose Cosmetics product range to new and existing clients
- Negotiate listings, shelf placements, pricing, and promotional opportunities
- Generate new B2B accounts and expand market coverage
- Monitor stock availability, merchandising, and competitor activity in stores
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and client updates

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
✅ B2B Cosmetics Sales Experience — MANDATORY
✅ FMCG Outdoor Sales Experience in supermarkets, pharmacies, gift shops, discount shops, salons, beauty supply stores, and similar retail channels — MANDATORY
✅ Lead Connections with Hypermarkets— MANDATORY
✅ Valid UAE Driving License — MANDATORY
✅ Own Car — MANDATORY
✅ Immediate Joining — MANDATORY
✅ Willing to work 6 days per week — MANDATORY
