• Ensure exterior and interior cleaning done on all vehicles reporting to our workshop to enhance customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure vehicles are washed through car wash machine or manually to ensure all dirt is removed using necessary chemicals (soap) / methods.
• Use available chemicals/methods to properly clean the interior.
• Maintain the wash area free of mud and dust. Periodically clean that area to remove the sludge and follow safety and health standards.
• Maintain vacuum cleaner on daily basis to ensure trouble free running of the machine.
• Assist the suppliers whenever they come to service the equipment and also get trained by them.
• Ensure that unauthorized vehicles are not washed and that unauthorized persons are not allowed to operate the car wash machine.
• Ensure that all consumables are used with utmost care keeping in mind to avoid any wastage. Recycle consumables/ process wherever possible.
• Park the vehicle (only if allowed to drive) in appropriate place after washing/ cleaning. Assist drivers to identify vehicles in rush hours.
• Ensure customer’s belongings are kept in the same place and preset radio stations are not altered.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• High School Certificate.
Knowledge and Skills
• Should have good physique and health
• Positive attitude towards heard work
