Roles & Responsibilities

  • Effectively executing customer sales covering appropriate leads generation, inquiries handling and pre-sales activities

  • Executing the sales closing and accurate sales outcome data recording for later analysis

  • Effectively managing sales collection and on time submission

  • Executing the Sales process by collecting invoices’ amounts and deposit it into the company’s Finance department during a business day from collection date

  • Executing the acceptance and validation of the sales orders, accuracy of the customer account information and efficient processing of approved orders

  • Maintaining high accuracy and organization of customer data in the CRM

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with utmost priority and focus, safeguarding organization’s prominent and positive image in the market

  • Introducing new products into the market, either for initial market assessment purpose or as regular product sale

  • Develop potential channels for maximizing the volume of new lines.

  • Exhibit the practices to sustain as stand out competitor.

  • Sales closing and accurate sales outcome data recording for later analysis;

  • Executing all the activities with applicable ISO standards and workplace policies and adheres to all safety guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of proven sales experience within the relevant industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets.

  • Professional certifications in sales methodologies or related disciplines are a plus and enhance credibility.

  • Solid experience in B2B sales is essential; exposure to enterprise-level solutions is highly advantageous.

  • Prior sales experience in the hospital, hotel, or similar industries is preferred.

  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a car.

  • Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
