Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production and workers

• Operate and manage factory machines when required

• Train new workers on machine operation and production process

• Ensure production quality and proper workflow

• Ensure production targets are completed on time

• Ability to manage workers and maintain production discipline

• Follow production schedules and coordinate with management

• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety inside the factory

• Ability to handle production issues and find practical solutions quickly

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have good knowledge and practical experience in WPC door production and factory operations. He should be capable of handling daily production activities, supervising workers, operating machines when required, and training new staff properly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in WPC / woodworking factory

• Good knowledge of factory machines and production process

• Ability to handle workers and manage production smoothly

• Knowledge of measurements, drawings, and machine settings

• Responsible and hardworking personality

• Ability to Efficiently work under pressure

• Immediate joining preferred
