Key Responsibilities
Process payroll activities using HRIS (Adrenalin System)
Review attendance, shift changes, overtime, deductions, and salary adjustments
Update employee bank details, visa/WPS changes, and payroll records
Generate payroll reports, salary registers, reconciliation reports, and SIF files
Coordinate final settlement and payroll-related transactions
Support employees with payroll and attendance queries
Maintain payroll documentation and records
Desired Candidate Profile
Arrange flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel requirements for employees
Process business trip approvals, per diem allowances, and related documentation
Coordinate payment sheets for travel, hotel, and visa expenses with Finance and Procurement
