About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Credit Cards to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting our suite of credit card products to new and existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise and market knowledge to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual credit card sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and events
Present product features, benefits, and promotions to customers, tailoring solutions to their financial needs
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closure and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and streamline processes
Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines
Required Qualifications:
2–10 years of proven experience in credit card sales or related financial services sales in UAE or GCC markets
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
In-depth knowledge of credit card products, features, fees, and industry best practices
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network of high-net-worth and retail clients in Dubai
Familiarity with local market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage leads and pipeline
Fluency in English and Arabic
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client visits
