Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare cut lists for joinery and furniture items such as:
wardrobes
kitchen cabinets
TV units
doors
loose furniture
vanity units and other custom joinery items
Interpret and understand production/shop drawings.
Coordinate with the production and factory teams regarding material requirements and cutting details.
Calculate raw material quantities based on approved drawings.
Ensure accurate dimensions and specifications before production.
Support production planning and execution to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with CNC operators, carpenters, and supervisors when required.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, cut lists, and production details.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in joinery/furniture manufacturing or fit-out industry.
Knowledge of preparing cut lists and material calculations.
Ability to read and understand production/shop drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other joinery drafting software is an advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
