Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–6 years of proven sales experience in logistics / freight forwarding in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land transport)

  • MBA qualification (mandatory)

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer network in the UAE logistics market is an advantage

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
