Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
5–6 years of proven sales experience in logistics / freight forwarding in the UAE
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land transport)
MBA qualification (mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer network in the UAE logistics market is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
