Description
In this role, you will provide specialized speech and language therapy services for children and adolescents with speech, language, and communication challenges, with a strong focus on autism and neurodevelopmental conditions. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary pediatric team to support each child’s communication development and overall progress through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children aged 2 - 18 years
- Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions where appropriate
- Support children with ASD, language delays, articulation disorders, fluency difficulties, and social communication challenges
- Provide parent coaching, guidance, and home programs to encourage therapy carryover
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and pediatric specialists to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, progress reports, and treatment records
- Monitor therapy outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Ensure all clinical practices align with DHA regulations and clinic standards

Skills & Competencies:
- Pediatric speech and language therapy expertise
- Experience supporting children with ASD
- Knowledge of language, articulation, fluency, and communication development
- Assessment and treatment planning skills
- Parent coaching and family support experience
- Familiarity with AAC, PECS, and communication devices
- Strong reporting and communication skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
- Active DHA License as Speech and Language Therapist (mandatory)
- Minimum 4+ years of pediatric experience
- Experience working with children aged 2–18 years
- Previous experience in clinics, rehabilitation centers, or schools preferred
