Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Specialist to join our team, focusing on promoting services for a dental clinic.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients to inform them about our dental services, schedule appointments, and increase patient engagement.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dental patients to promote dental treatments and services.
Provide detailed information on dental procedures, pricing, and appointment availability.
Answer patient inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
Schedule patient appointments and follow up to confirm bookings.
Maintain up-to-date records of calls and patient information within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales and appointment booking targets.
Stay informed about the latest dental technologies and services to provide accurate information to patients.
Salary + Benefits Proven experience in telesales, preferably in dental or healthcare sectors.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment scheduling.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work effectively in targets-driven environments.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
