Role & Responsibilities:

Commercial

  • Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Conduct client consultations and present off-plan property opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals independently
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Operational

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, admin) to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Client & Market Expertise

  • Provide advisory based on current market insights and trends
  • Specialize in off-plan developments and new project launches
  • Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the real estate market


Skills

Description

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan projects
  • Relationship management and client advisory skills
  • Ability to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency and structured sales approach


Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Description:

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through investment decisions while maintaining a strong personal pipeline and delivering consistent sales performance.
