Role & Responsibilities:
Commercial
- Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct client consultations and present off-plan property opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals independently
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Operational
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, admin) to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Client & Market Expertise
- Provide advisory based on current market insights and trends
- Specialize in off-plan developments and new project launches
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the real estate market
Skills
Description
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan projects
- Relationship management and client advisory skills
- Ability to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency and structured sales approach
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
