What We’re Looking For
âœ”ï¸ 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, or full-cycle Saa S closing roles
âœ”ï¸ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
âœ”ï¸ Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
âœ”ï¸ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
âœ”ï¸ Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers
âœ”ï¸ High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts
âœ”ï¸ Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools
âœ”ï¸ Previous experience in Saa S, HRTech, recruitment, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
âœ”ï¸ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
What You’ll Do
âœ”ï¸ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
âœ”ï¸ Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
âœ”ï¸ Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
âœ”ï¸ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers
âœ”ï¸ Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets
âœ”ï¸ Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
âœ”ï¸ Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
âœ”ï¸ Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy
