Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate HIAB crane equipment safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the well-being of yourself and those around you.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of the HIAB crane, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or defects to ensure the equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Load and unload materials, such as construction supplies or equipment, with precision, using appropriate lifting techniques and load charts to prevent damage or accidents.
• Secure loads properly, utilizing slings, chains, and other rigging equipment to ensure stability during transport and prevent shifting or loss of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid HIAB crane operator certification, demonstrating a fundamental understanding of crane operation and safety protocols.

• Hold a relevant secondary school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for understanding instructions and documentation.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience operating HIAB cranes, showcasing a solid track record of safe and efficient lifting operations.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of load charts, rigging techniques, and safe lifting practices, ensuring the safe handling of various materials.

• Valid UAE  Driving License

• UAE License must have a minimum validity of 4 years

• TPI (Third-Party Inspection) Certificates
