About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in India to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta. You will leverage mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, Appsflyer) and apply deep expertise in e-commerce, food delivery, and quick commerce (Q-commerce) to drive growth, maximize ROI, and scale our user acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms
Configure and utilize Adjust and Appsflyer for accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
Analyze performance data to optimize bidding, targeting, creatives, and budgets
Collaborate with e-commerce, food delivery, and Q-commerce teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Conduct A/B tests on ad formats, copy, and audience segments to improve key metrics (CPI, ROAS, CAC)
Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging ad formats, and platform algorithm changes
Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid social media marketing
Proven expertise launching and optimizing TikTok and Meta ad campaigns
Strong technical knowledge of Adjust and Appsflyer for mobile attribution
Demonstrated success driving growth in e-commerce, food delivery, or Q-commerce verticals
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into optimizations
Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
Fluent in written and verbal English; strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or TikTok Ads
Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for deeper analysis
Previous exposure to cross-functional growth initiatives and A/B testing frameworks
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and other digital channels
