Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.

2. Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

3. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

4. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

5. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

6. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.

7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

8. Review shop drawings and coordinate with the design team for necessary revisions.

9. Manage material requests and ensure timely availability at site.

10. Verify measurements and quantities for billing and subcontractor payments.

11. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

12. Ensure project completion within deadlines and successful handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

3. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and finishing works.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

5. Good understanding of UAE building regulations and safety standards.

6. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

7. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

8. UAE driving license is an advantage.
