Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate new business opportunities in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, automotive traders, exporters, importers, and corporate clients.

  • Promote company services including vehicle shipping, container freight, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions.

  • Identify opportunities in other business verticals including general trading, industrial cargo, retail, and project logistics.

  • Prepare freight quotations, pricing proposals, and service agreements for customers.

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets and growth opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and reporting through CRM systems.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads and strengthen market presence.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers and overseas partners.

  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, freight forwarding, logistics, or automotive sales.

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, import/export procedures, and international trade documentation.

  • Understanding of automotive logistics, vehicle exports, RoRo, and container shipping is preferred.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.


Preferred Skills

  • Existing network in automotive trading and logistics industry prefereble.

  • Experience handling international clients and overseas agents.

  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of GCC and international trade markets.
