Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and wholesale channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, decorators, corporate clients, and collectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions tailored to target audiences.
Represent the shop at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients and vendors.
Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in furniture, antiques, interior design, or luxury retail.
Strong knowledge of furniture and antique markets is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
