Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair AC units (split, window, ducted, package units)
Perform regular maintenance and deep cleaning
Handle gas refilling and leakage checks
Replace motors, capacitors, compressors, and control boards
Assist with electrical troubleshooting and wiring
Support the team during onsite jobs
Follow safety and quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years AC technician experience in UAE or GCC
Strong knowledge of AC repair and maintenance
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
Good communication and customer‑handling skills
UAE Driving License is a big advantage
Technicians with a valid license will receive higher salary
