Roles & Responsibilities


We are a leading manufacturing and trading company specializing in high-tensile fasteners, anchoring systems, and critical infrastructure components. We are seeking an aggressive, highly connected, and result-oriented Outdoor Sales & Business Development Executive to drive immediate revenue growth.
You will target the construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), oil & gas, infrastructure, and scaffolding sectors, converting leads into high-volume, long-term commercial accounts.


Core Product Portfolios You Will Sell


  • Fasteners & Anchors: High-tensile fasteners, heavy-duty anchor bolts, structural bolts.

  • Scaffolding & Fencing: Scaffolding components, couplers, structural fencing parts, and specialized accessories.

  • MEP & Cable Trays: Custom sheet metal accessories, brackets, support systems, and cable tray fixings.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive Immediate Sales: Secure high-value bulk orders from contractors, MEP subcontractors, and industrial distributors.

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Mastery: Map the market, identify active infrastructure projects, and penetrate decision-making layers (Procurement Managers, Commercial Directors, Project Managers).

  • Outdoor Client Penetration: Maintain a relentless daily schedule of field visits, site meetings, and face-to-face negotiations.

  • Technical Consultation: Review client project drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to propose exact product matches and commercial quotes.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of intensive, continuous outdoor sales experience strictly within the fasteners, steel fabrication, or MEP construction supply industries.

  • Industry Connections: An active, ready-to-use network of tier-1 and tier-2 contractors, MEP consultants, and scaffolding companies.

  • Results-Driven Mindset: A verifiable history of meeting or exceeding strict monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s Licence, Elite negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
