Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth school functionality and adherence to UAE educational regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage student admissions, registration, and withdrawals, providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
  • Handle all financial transactions, including fee collection, budgeting, and expense tracking, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or a similar role within the UAE.

  • Must be a UAE National (Female), demonstrating a strong understanding of local culture and values.

  • Demonstrates fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), essential for effective communication.
