Roles & Responsibilities


This is a full-time, Female Sales Executive role based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Algedra’s services. Key tasks include managing the sales cycle, providing customized solutions for clients, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at industry events. The role also involves negotiating contracts, staying updated on market trends in the interior design industry, and working collaboratively with the design team to meet client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on B2B and/or interior design-related industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal teams.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

  • Knowledge of design concepts, styles, and the interior design industry is a strong asset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

  • Previous experience working in Dubai or familiarity with the local market is advantageous
