Position Title: Construction Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company car & fuel Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi-based smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company specializing in large-scale agricultural project development across the region. Job Description: ? Lead and manage construction activities for greenhouse, irrigation, farm infrastructure, civil, and MEP projects across the UAE. ? Oversee site execution, subcontractors, quality control, project timelines, safety compliance, and authority approvals. ? Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery within budget and specifications. ? Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE regulations, and authority requirements including ADM, ADDC, ADQCC, and Civil Defense.

Qualifications: ? Male, Arabic speakers possessing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field ? Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in construction management, preferably in agriculture, greenhouse, infrastructure, or irrigation projects ? Strong understanding of civil, structural, MEP integration, and UAE authority procedures and is proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, contractor coordination, and site execution management ? Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
