Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative design solutions by applying engineering principles and creative thinking to meet project specifications and client needs.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the practicality of design concepts and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and marketing, to ensure designs are viable and marketable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on design principles and methodologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a design engineer role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA, demonstrating the ability to create complex designs.
  • Strong understanding of materials science and engineering principles to select appropriate materials for projects.
