A compassionate and supportive Shadow Teacher is needed to assist students with special educational needs in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate should be patient, understanding, and able to provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to help students integrate successfully into school activities.

Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to assigned student(s) in classroom
Assist students in understanding lessons and completing tasks
Support behavioral development and classroom participation
Work closely with teachers and school staff
Monitor student progress and report improvements or concerns
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Encourage independence and social interaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
Experience in special education or child support is an advantage
Strong communication and patience with children
Ability to handle classroom situations professionally
Basic understanding of learning difficulties and behavior management
Passion for working in an educational environment
