Job description

As Delivery Head, Advanced Analytics CoE the candidate will be

• Responsible for NeoX cross squad Analytics & AI/ML deliveries (Advance Analytics CoE horizontal across NeoX) using agile methods in a fast-paced environment 

  
  

• Delivering Advanced Analytics CoE - AI/ML use cases cross multiple business divisions and processes viz HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Treasury 

  
  

• Creating Factory Model for Advanced Analytics, AI/ML deliveries - Data (Internal & external), Modelling, DevOps, MLOps

  
  

• Managing multiple delivery teams / squad management with resource optimization to drive time bound delivery 

  
  

• Coordinating with NeoX squads and application technology teams to support the delivery

  
  

• Managing multiple stake holders with effective engagement plan 

  
  

• Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile teams across AA CoE to achieve a high level of performance and quality in line with programme standards. 

  
  

• Ensuring governance of the processes and the proposed solutions are drafted and adhered to 

  
  

• Playing pivotal role in selection of the right AI/ML solutions and Vendors to achieve AA CoE RoadMap

  
  

• Planning and managing head count and the budget

  
  

• Utilizing the approved budget efficiently – Scale resources to deliver fast 

  
  

• Effectively managing the Vendor (Resources and Services)

  
  

Facilitating collaboration & sharing of knowledge across various business units to strengthen the capabilities and share best practices, analytical work packages and methods
