Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain employee records with precision, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations to integrate employees into the company culture.
  • Administer benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure a foundational understanding of HR principles.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a dynamic environment is essential for practical exposure to HR functions.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR can set candidates apart, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in industries such as technology, healthcare, or finance can be advantageous for understanding sector-specific HR challenges.
