Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong business development

capabilities and a solid engineering background. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker

with proven sales experience in the UAE gensets/generator/power sector and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Civil, MEP, Infrastructure,

and Road projects.

  • Act as a hunter, proactively generating leads rather than only responding to inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and

procurement teams.

  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations as required.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submittals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a consistent track record of performance.

  • Maintain an updated database of clients, projects, and market intelligence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order

execution.

  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the General Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker

  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)

  • Experience in the UAE gensets/generator/power.

  • Minimum 3+ years of UAE sales experience with a proven track record

  • Strong network and connections within the UAE construction sector

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Well-presented, articulate, and confident communicator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with generators, tower lights, or related equipment

  • Knowledge of rental and equipment supply markets

  • Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and technical product specifications
