Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong business development
capabilities and a solid engineering background. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker
with proven sales experience in the UAE gensets/generator/power sector and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Civil, MEP, Infrastructure,
and Road projects.
Act as a hunter, proactively generating leads rather than only responding to inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and
procurement teams.
Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submittals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a consistent track record of performance.
Maintain an updated database of clients, projects, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order
execution.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the General Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
Arabic speaker
Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)
Experience in the UAE gensets/generator/power.
Minimum 3+ years of UAE sales experience with a proven track record
Strong network and connections within the UAE construction sector
Valid UAE driving license
Well-presented, articulate, and confident communicator
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with generators, tower lights, or related equipment
Knowledge of rental and equipment supply markets
Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and technical product specifications
