Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milano Cosmetics Factory, Sajaa Sharjah. The Research and Development Officer will be responsible for planning and executing research projects, driving innovation, and contributing to product development. This role entails analyzing data, conducting experiments in a laboratory setting, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve and develop new cosmetic formulations and products. The candidate will also document findings and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in the Cosmetics Industry within the UAE

• Strong understanding of cosmetic products, ingredients, and formulations

• Experience in product research, documentation, and market analysis

• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

• Knowledge of UAE cosmetic regulations and standards will be an advantage
