Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees
  • Handle visa processing, employment documentation, and joining formalities
  • Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, airport pickups, and travel logistics for candidates/employees
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, documentation, and databases accurately
  • Update and manage HR trackers including onboarding status, visa tracker, leave tracker, employee master data, etc.
  • Coordinate with PROs, travel agencies, hotels, and internal departments for smooth onboarding operations
  • Ensure all employee documents are collected, verified, and properly filed
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related documents
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups
  • Respond to employee queries related to onboarding and HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience handling UAE visa processing and onboarding activities is preferred
  • Good knowledge of travel coordination, hotel bookings, and employee documentation
  • Familiarity with HR trackers, MS Excel, and HR filing systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
