Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer – Quantity Surveying (MEP) to manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities related to MEP works for large-scale construction and modular manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings related to MEP works.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Handle interim payment applications, variations, claims, and final account settlements.
Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Coordinate with project teams, procurement, planning, and finance departments.
Verify subcontractor bills and certify payments.
Track project progress and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Support tendering and procurement activities for MEP packages
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for MEP works.
Experience in high-rise, industrial, modular, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and commercial procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
